Your rankings will not hold on their own. Posts stop. Reviews slow down. Listings go stale, Google notices, and the competitors still posting every week move into the spots you paid to win. Getting them back takes months.
This policy explains how to cancel your Google Business Profile management service with ES Studios and what happens once you do. It sits alongside your Service Agreement, which is the binding document. If the two ever disagree, the Service Agreement wins.
Cancelling requires 30 days' notice. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30 day notice window, and you are billed as normal until then.
There is no fixed contract term and no cancellation fee. The service auto renews each month until written cancellation notice is received.
All payments are non-refundable, including on early cancellation, a partial month, or suspension. The notice period is billed in full.
We keep working on your Google Business Profile through your notice period. Work stops once the cancellation takes effect.
When your cancellation takes effect, we disconnect the integrations we set up for your profile, and any hosting and maintenance we provide ends. Your Google listing itself stays in place and nothing on it is deleted. What comes off is our side of the setup.
Within 30 days of the effective date, on written request, we will provide either a standard WordPress export (pages, posts, media) or a separately quoted migration package, and a CSV export of your CRM contacts and pipeline. If you want to keep the website live you arrange your own hosting. Lists used only for the review reactivation campaign are deleted on cancellation unless you ask for an export first. You own your content, including text, photos and brand assets, at all times.
You can come back any time. No penalty, no catch. What we disconnected has to be built again from scratch though, and the rankings have to be won back, so give it time.
If a discount is offered on this page and you accept it, we apply it to your monthly management fee for the number of billing cycles stated on the offer, starting from your next invoice. It does not cover ad spend, phone numbers, domains or other third party costs. Your normal rate resumes automatically afterwards, and accepting an offer does not lock you in or change your right to cancel with 30 days' notice.
We store your business name, email, the reason you select and basic technical details so we can action your request and keep a dated record of it. See our Privacy Policy.
