Billing and cancellation terms for Local Leads Pro and RankONE Reviews.

How am I billed?

The monthly fee is billed on the same date each month in advance, processed automatically via the card on file through Stripe. All payments are in US Dollars. Any setup fee is a one-time charge collected separately.

Are payments refundable?

All payments are non-refundable, including in the event of early cancellation or a partial month of service.

What happens if my payment fails?

You will be notified and the team will attempt to re-process the charge. You must update your payment details within 5 business days. If not received within that window, the service may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

Can fees increase?

Yes. At least 30 days written notice will be given before any fee change. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

How do I cancel?

Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees. No lock-in.

The service renews automatically each month until written notice is received. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice window.

What happens to my reviews if I cancel RankONE Reviews?

Reviews already collected remain on Google permanently. Automated review requests stop once cancellation takes effect.

What happens to my rankings if I cancel Local Leads Pro?

Rankings built during the service period are expected to decline after cancellation. Google rewards consistent ongoing activity, and without it, profiles naturally lose ground.
