Short version: we do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. We do use advertising cookies that some US state privacy laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can switch those off on this page in a few seconds.

Opt out of targeted advertising

1. Turn off advertising cookies

Click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page on this site, switch Marketing off, and save. That stops the Meta and Google advertising tags from loading on this site, in this browser.

You can change your mind at any time from the same icon. If you clear your cookies you may need to set it again.

2. Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. You do not need to do anything else.

3. Send us a request

To opt out across the board, or to ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request", or call +1 949-315-7265.

We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

What we actually do with your data

  • We do not sell personal information for money. We never have.
  • We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with anyone for their own marketing. That data goes only to the providers needed to send the messages you asked for.
  • We do use advertising cookies. The Meta pixel and Google advertising tags let us show ads to people who visited this site and measure whether those ads worked. Under the California CPRA and similar state laws, that counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising — even though no money changes hands. That is what this page lets you switch off.
  • We do use analytics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tell us which pages people read. You can switch these off in the same cookie settings, under Analytics.

Categories we share for advertising

When advertising cookies are on, the categories below may be shared with Meta and Google for targeted advertising and measurement:

  • Identifiers — cookie IDs, device IDs, IP address
  • Internet activity — pages viewed on this site, buttons clicked, forms started
  • Inferences — whether you look like someone interested in our services

We do not share your name, email address, phone number or any information you type into a form with advertising networks.

Who this applies to

These rights come from the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and from similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other US states. We apply the opt-out to everyone who asks, in every state — we do not check where you live before honouring a request.

If you are in the UK or EU, your rights sit under UK-GDPR and GDPR. Those are covered in the Privacy Policy, and the same contact details apply.

Authorised agents

You can appoint someone to make a request for you. We will need written proof that you authorised them, and we may contact you directly to confirm before we act.
