WORKS ALONGSIDE HOUSECALL PRO · independent, not affiliated

Housecall Pro runs your day. It doesn’t fill it.

Schedule, estimate, invoice, get paid. That part you have handled. The part nobody handles is the hour before any of it: a homeowner searching, finding somebody, and calling whoever looks safest. If that call never comes, Housecall Pro has nothing to schedule and its review engine has nothing to fire. We fill the top of the loop, answer the ones you cannot reach, and tell you which search paid for itself.

The gap

Your slow months and your busy months look identical in there.

Housecall Pro is honest software. It shows you the jobs you booked, what they were worth, and who has not paid. What it cannot show you is the job you never heard about, or why March was dead and May was mad. That answer lives upstream, in Google and in the calls that went nowhere.

You are the office and the crew

The phone is in your pocket and your hands are under a sink. Nobody can run a job and answer every ring in the same minute. That is not discipline, it is physics, and it costs you a job most weeks.

Every lead blurs into "word of mouth"

Google, Facebook, Nextdoor, the neighbour who passed your name on. It all arrives as a phone call, so it all gets logged the same way. You end up guessing at what is working and paying for both.

You are invisible two towns over

You will happily drive 25 minutes for the right job, but you only show up on the map in your own zip. The towns with the better tickets never see your name at all.

Your review count has flatlined

Housecall Pro will fire the ask for you the moment a job is finished, which is the easy half. The hard half is the map position those reviews are supposed to be buying, and that is where most accounts stall.

The loop, drawn

Housecall Pro owns half of this circle.

Two halves, one circle

Your reviews are supposed to buy the next call

Housecall Pro documents this plainly: your account is set by default to send the review request the moment you tap Finish on a job, and customers on a Gmail address are sent straight to Google to leave it. That is a genuinely good half of a loop. It only pays you back if the map position those Google reviews feed is actually producing calls, and if somebody is there to answer them. That is the half we run.

  • Your scheduling, estimates, invoices and payments are untouched.
  • If their review ask is already working, keep it, and we will say so.
  • The Google profile the reviews land on stays yours, whatever happens.

A five-stage loop. ES Studios covers the first two stages, ranking you in the map pack and answering or texting back the call. The job is then booked in Housecall Pro, which is the handover. Housecall Pro covers the next two, firing the review request when a tech taps Finish and sending Gmail customers straight to Google. The review raises the map position, which feeds the first stage again. ES STUDIOS HOUSECALL PRO 01 · WE PUT YOU IN FRONT OF THEM You show up in the map pack for the towns you would drive to. 02 · WE CATCH THE CALL The call is answered in seconds, or texts itself back when your hands are full. Without this, the loop never starts. 03 · THE HANDOVER You book it in Housecall Pro, the same way you do today. 04 · THEIR SOFTWARE, THEIR TRIGGER The tech taps Finish, and the review request goes out on its own. 05 · THE REVIEW LANDS ON GOOGLE Customers on a Gmail address go straight to Google. The rest are split between your Facebook page and your website. MORE REVIEWS, HIGHER ON THE MAP Review timing and the Google split are Housecall Pro settings. How the loop closes

Search, ring, booked job, dollars. Nothing dropped in between.

Six pieces that sit in front of Housecall Pro. You keep scheduling and invoicing exactly where you do now, and we make sure there is something to schedule and that you know what put it there.

Step one: show up where they search

We rebuild and rank your Google Business Profile so you land in the map pack for your town and the towns you would drive to. That three-result box is where a homeowner picks, and it costs nothing per call once you own it.

Step two: every source gets tagged

Your map listing, your site, your Facebook page, a flyer. Each gets its own tracked number or a tagged form, so "where did you hear about us?" stops being a question you have to ask.

Step three: they get an answer in seconds

A form fill or a Google message gets a real reply, in your voice, before you have wiped your hands. Not "we got your message" but a proper opener that asks for the address and gets the conversation moving.

Step four: the missed call texts itself back

You are on a roof, the phone rings out, and two seconds later they get a text asking what is going on. Most people reply to that. Almost nobody leaves a voicemail any more.

Step five: one inbox, then into Housecall Pro

Texts, calls, web forms, Google and Facebook messages, all in one thread on your phone. When it is a real job you book it in Housecall Pro like always, and nothing about your day changes.

Step six: the review does its second job

Housecall Pro sends the ask when you tap Finish. We reply to every review that lands and keep the profile ranking, so the count turns into map position instead of just sitting on a page nobody sees.

What we report

No dashboards nobody opens.
Four numbers.

We are not putting another contractor’s numbers on this page and letting you assume they would be yours. Below is what we track and hand you each month. Any client result we quote, we quote as that one client’s outcome, and we will open the live account on the call so you can see it for yourself.

Attribution · the monthly report
4numbers, every month

Calls by source. Calls answered. Jobs booked, and revenue traced back to the thing that produced it. One page, plain English, and we walk you through it.

Speed · our own standard
60sour reply-time bar

That is what we hold ourselves to, not a result we are promising you. Your real reply time is on the report each month.

Coverage · always on
24/7capture, always on

The instant reply and the missed-call text do not clock off at five. Every after-hours ring gets logged with its source.

The figures above describe what ES Studios tracks and reports, not results achieved by any particular business. Where we share client outcomes elsewhere, they reflect that client’s individual situation and are examples of what is possible, not a guarantee of the same results for every business.

What’s included

All six. One flat fee, no contract.

Not six subscriptions and a weekend spent wiring them together. One system, running alongside Housecall Pro from the week you start, month to month, and yours to keep if you ever walk. Click any one to see how it works.

Straight talk

We would rather say no on the call.

This is you

One van up to a small crew

Housecall Pro is already doing its job for you. What you do not have is a steady flow of new calls, or the time to go chasing them yourself while you are on a roof.

  • Missed rings, unread forms, a Facebook message from four days ago.
  • The skill and the reviews are there, and the phone is the bottleneck.
  • Better tickets sit two towns over, where nobody has heard of you.
This is not

You want Housecall Pro replaced

We do not rebuild your scheduling, your estimates or your invoicing, and we are not going to pretend we would. Keep it. We only work on what happens before the job hits your calendar, and on what the finished job is supposed to buy you afterwards.

FAQ

Housecall Pro users ask
these first.

The same answers we give on the phone every week.

200+ home service businesses run on the same proven system.

No. We are an independent marketing company that works alongside Housecall Pro. You keep using it exactly as you do now, and we handle the part before the job exists.

No, and we would tell you if you should. Scheduling, estimates, invoices and payments stay where they are, and our systems sit in front of it, catching and answering the leads so there is more to schedule.

If theirs is going out and your count is climbing, keep it, and we will say so on the call. Their Reviews documentation shows the ask firing when a job is finished, with Gmail customers pushed to Google. What we add is the map ranking those reviews feed, plus a reply to every one, so the count turns into calls.

It does not need to. Housecall Pro’s public API is a MAX-plan feature, and everything we run happens on the phone line, the profile and the inbox, which is upstream of your account entirely. Nothing is written into your job records.

It stays yours and it stays your main line. We add a tracked number per source on top, so your map listing, your website and a flyer each report themselves and you stop having to ask people how they found you.

It is the opposite, because a one-man shop is the worst placed to answer the phone and the most hurt by missing it. The whole point is that the calls get handled while your hands are full.

Reply times and review counts move in the first two weeks. Map position usually shifts in 30 to 60 days, quicker in a small town and slower in a busy metro, and we will tell you which one you are in before you sign anything.

One flat monthly fee, far less than an agency, and no contract, month to month, cancel any time. All of it is yours to walk out with: the Google profile, the reviews, the numbers, the site and the customer list. Your Housecall Pro account is untouched either way.
