One system. $297 a month. No contract.

Most contractors we meet are paying four different companies. A website guy. An SEO guy. A CRM nobody logs into. And a lead-seller charging four contractors for the same homeowner. It adds up to a bill you can’t explain and a phone that still isn’t ringing. So here’s what we charge instead, what’s in it, and what it costs to walk away.

The whole thing

One plan. Everything on.

There’s no starter tier here, and that’s deliberate… the stuff we’d have to strip out to make it cheaper is the exact stuff that books the jobs. Everyone gets the lot, switched on from day one.

Most contractors start here
Contractor Advanced Bundle
$297/mo
Billed monthly. No setup fee. Cancel any time.
$2,673/yr
Paid in full. That’s 3 months free.
Book a call
“Hang on. Do I actually own the website?”

Yes. It’s the question we get asked most, and it’s the right one to ask, because plenty of agencies rent you a site and hand you an empty folder on the way out.

It’s a real WordPress site on your own domain, built by people. No AI slop, no template with your logo dropped in the corner.
Walk away whenever you like and you keep all of it. The site, the domain, the reviews you earned and your customer list.

It’s in the service agreement →
Line by line

What the fee actually buys

Open any row. No dashboard screenshots, no acronyms we don’t explain… just what the thing does and why it puts money in your pocket.

Contractor Advanced Bundle

Nobody wants to go back and forth over email… you need a site that turns a lead into a text conversation.

Built on WordPress, on your domain, written by people. No AI slop, no template with your logo dropped in the corner.
Website chat that starts a real text thread, with an instant confirmation back to the lead
Quote forms that text your phone and their phone at the same time, so the conversation is already running
Tap-to-call numbers on every screen
A page for every service and every town you cover, so each one can rank on its own
Everything reaches you over text. Never email. See how it works →

Again, this isn’t rocket science… it just makes you money and makes you look like the professional outfit in town.

Every website lead gets an instant SMS confirmation, day or night, weekend included
Then a follow-up sequence behind it, so a quiet lead doesn’t die in an inbox
You stop being the third guy who rings back on Monday See how it works →

This one isn’t clever. It’s just fast… and fast is what wins the job.

You’re on a roof. The call goes to voicemail. They dial the next name on the list.
This texts them back the second you miss it, so the conversation starts anyway
Half the time they’ve replied before you’re off the ladder See how it works →

Happy customers almost never think to leave a review… unless somebody asks. So we ask, every time, automatically.

The ask goes out right after the job, while they’re still pleased with you
Polite reminders until they leave one. We stop at four. We’re not monsters.
Every customer gets asked and every review lands straight on Google, good or bad
Most guys go from a handful to a wall of them inside a couple of months See how it works →

You know it and we know it… your best customers are referrals and the ones you’ve already worked for. Let’s go and get you both.

“Sounds complicated…” It isn’t. We build the whole thing and you press one button.
Seasonal offers that go out to your past customers and ask for a referral in the same breath
Filling a slow week takes about four seconds
If you can’t press one button, we might have a problem See how it works →

Alright, here’s where we lose most people… buzzwords, acronyms, the lot. It’s also the part that quietly does the most work.

Keyword research on the jobs you actually want. Big-ticket work, in the towns you like driving to.
Every page written for what homeowners genuinely type into Google
Alt tags and schema, the boring bits Google reads and people never see
Images and page speed, because a slow site loses the click before you get a shot See how it works →

Other services

Your business needs more than a pin on the map… and most contractors’ profiles are half filled in and then forgotten.

A proper evaluation of where the profile is losing you calls
Full revamp: categories, services, photos, hours, the lot
Optimised for your keywords and the towns your trucks actually reach
Usually the fastest thing we can move on a new account See the service →

This is the real deal for getting your site to the top of Google… and it’s a long game, so we’ll say up front when it’s too early.

Backlinks and directories
Cloud stacks and press releases
Heavy keyword research on the towns and jobs you want more of
Consistent blog posts and fresh content, month after month See the service →

So people find your business for the right reasons… and you want leads faster than SEO can build them.

PPC ads, targeted tight so you know what a booked job cost you
Local Services Ads, the ones with the Google Guaranteed badge
Ad spend goes straight to Google and never through us, so you see exactly where it went See the service →

None of these are required. Plenty of contractors run the core system on its own for a year before adding a thing, and we’ll tell you straight when an add-on isn’t worth your money yet.

What happens next

From booked call to booked jobs

Three steps, about three quarters of an hour of your time in total, and one form to fill in.

1

Demo call

20 minutes

It’s a sales call. We’re not going to pretend it isn’t. But we’ll pull up your Google profile and your competitors live on the screen, show you real client accounts, and answer the price question properly. If it’s not a fit we’ll say so on the call instead of chasing you for a month.

2

We build your system

7 to 10 days

You fill in one onboarding form. Your services and the towns you cover. Then we go quiet and build the site and the whole lead system. You’re not chasing us for updates and you’re not doing homework.

3

Launch call

25 minutes

We walk you through the lot and switch it on. Sounds like a big training day… it’s really just showing your office which screen the messages land on. After that the only thing you get from us is a report of real calls and booked jobs.

Price questions

The bit everyone
asks about.

The same answers we give on the phone, written down so you can read them before the call instead of after it.

200+ home service businesses run on the same proven system.

No setup fee and no contract. It’s $297 a month, month to month. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in twelve of them, and a contractor who wants out isn’t going to send us referrals anyway.

You get 3 months free. Twelve months at $297 comes to $3,564. Pay for the year up front and it’s $2,673. Same system either way, and plenty of contractors start monthly and switch over once they can see it working.

You keep the website and the domain, the reviews you earned, and your full customer list. We hand it over and we don’t hold it hostage.

Because we built the systems once and run them across 200+ businesses instead of rebuilding the same review funnel from scratch for every new client. Most of what an agency charges you for is the rebuild. We already did it.

Two small ones, and we say both up front rather than let you find them later. Your texts and calls run on a tracking number, which uses a small usage credit, normally a dollar or two a month, and we throw in a starter credit. Google Ads spend, if you ever add it, goes straight to Google and never touches us.

You keep your existing number. We set up a new tracking number for the website and the automated texts, because a number has to be registered on our side before it’s allowed to send SMS and before calls can be attributed. Anyone ringing it comes straight through to you.

Depends on your trade and your average job, honestly. For most contractors one job covers several months of the fee, which is why the missed-call and follow-up pieces tend to pay first. Reviews move inside a couple of weeks. Map rankings usually take 30 to 60 days. Anyone promising you the top spot next week is selling smoke.
