Where does your
marketing trip?
24 checks. Six systems. Find the gap to fix before you buy more traffic.
Can a phone visitor call or request a quote without hunting?
Answer for what works today. You can change every answer.
Example: the roofer with a broken handoff.
An illustrative business has a useful website and recent reviews. But new leads get no acknowledgement, enquiries aren't kept in one pipeline, and old estimates get no second look.
First repair: Follow-up
Send an instant confirmation, then assign a human follow-up.
Then put every enquiry in one pipeline with a named owner and a next action. More traffic does not repair that handoff.

How the score works
Yes = 2. Somewhat = 1. No = 0. Add the points, divide by 48 and multiply by 100. Each system uses its own eight possible points. Round to the nearest whole number.
This measures your answers, not money lost. Every check has equal weight. It does not inspect your accounts or predict revenue.
