Ask every customer. The right way.
Type your details and watch your review request write itself. Neutral, honest, and inside Google's rules, so you can send it after every job.

DeliveredThe rules your crew needs.
Google lets you ask for reviews. It doesn't let you steer them. Break these and reviews can be removed, or worse. This is the card that goes on the counter.
Invite customers to describe their genuine experience in their own words.
Do not ask for a five-star, positive or “good” review.
Use the same neutral process for eligible customers.
Do not ask only customers who say they are happy.
Make the request optional and easy to ignore.
Do not pressure someone to review while you stand over them.
Share the direct Google review link or QR code.
Do not offer an incentive, discount, gift or prize for a review.
Let the customer choose the rating and wording.
Do not supply phrases, employee names or topics they must mention.
When to ask.
The ask lands best when the job feels finished. Four steps, the same for every customer.
- 1
Finish the job
Confirm the agreed work is complete and answer open questions.
- 2
Close the loop
Send the receipt, care instructions or next-step information you promised.
- 3
Make one neutral ask
Invite an honest review and share the direct link. Do not steer the rating.
- 4
Step away
Give the customer privacy and never make the review a condition of anything.

Questions
Can I ask only happy customers?
No. Google's rules ban asking selectively. Use the same neutral ask for every customer.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. No discounts, gifts or prizes for reviews, ever. It breaks Google's rules and the FTC's.
Where do I get my review link?
In your Google Business Profile: Read reviews, then Get more reviews. It gives you a link and a QR code.
